Meet the leadership team.

Luke founded Key Institute in 2018 and has spent the years since building it into a nationally recognised vocational education organisation trusted by employers, employment service providers and government stakeholders across Australia. In 2022, he brought Knowledge Space into the group, extending that reach into corporate workforce development and the Victorian Skills First program. Before that, his early career spanned finance, logistics and defence, each centred on developing people and capability, including founding a careers community of more than 20,000 members. That path, and his service with the Australian Army, shaped the leadership approach he brings to Key Company today.

Danielle leads Key Company’s relationships and growth teams as General Manager, a role she stepped into in March 2025 after more than four years driving growth, partnerships and relationships across the business. She brings a strong background in employment services, having held regional management roles with Yourtown, Sarina Russo and Jobfind before joining Key Institute in January 2021.

Bridget leads compliance and curriculum as Key Institute’s RTO Manager, a role she moved into after joining the business in February 2024. She brings over 13 years of experience spanning the Hoyts Group and secondary school teaching, backed by a Master of Teaching, Education and Inclusion and a Bachelor of Social Science.

Mary has led Key Institute’s RTO administration for years, having joined the business in August 2018 as one of its original team members alongside founder Luke Campbell. Her experience spans multiple areas of the business, and she remains instrumental to Key Company’s ongoing success today.
